Bio Erosion Control

Bio erosion control uses soft revetment practices to establish native vegetation to support an embankment. This vegetation holds the soil in place and grows stronger year after year.

Living Logs made from Coir

Coir is the fiber layer that grows between the coconut and its outside husk. The fibers are graded by length and used for products like rugs, baskets, rope, and of course, the fibrous material inserted into our coir logs. This growing medium promotes soil retention, seed propagation, and root growth. The two systems we pioneered for erosion control are:
